GreenTek sealers by hawo such as the hm 950 DC-VI NanoPak are equipped with sustainable and resource-saving technologies. These devices only need a fraction of the energy required by conventional systems, the carbon-footprint is correspondingly low.
hawo sealing devices are of course produced with self-generated solar power and shipped in plastic-free transport packaging, completely in line with our ConceptZero.
hm 950 DC-VI Nanopak
A state-of-the-art heating system brings NanoPak and other models to their operating temperature in a record time and operates with a highly efficient 24 volt system that reduces power consumption to a minimum.
hd 480 WSI-V ValiPak TOUCH
The stand-by function or automatic switch-off when not in use is a standard feature of more and more hawo devices. It perfectly completes the GreenTek concept without any compromises regarding the quality of the sealing results.

STEP 02
ORGANIXprotect is the first sustainable protective packaging for sterile barrier systems. As a so-called Dust Cover, it fulfills the requirements for protective packaging according to DIN EN ISO 11607-01 by providing a physical protection for the SBS and its contents.
ORGANIXprotect is made exclusively from sustainable raw materials and is 100% plastic-free*, compostable and recyclable.

ORGANIXprotect R
Standard rolls in various widths for an individual adaptation to the size of each sterile barrier system. With the help of a film sealing device, the protective packaging can be produced precisely and cost-effectively on site.
ORGANIXprotect S
Prefabricated self-adhesive pouches in different sizes for an even more convenient creation of the protective packaging – ideally suited for CSSDs with limited space conditions or standardized SBS sizes.
